Modest Needs:  Modest Needs is a national nonprofit empowering members of the general public to make small, emergency grants to low-income workers who are at risk of slipping into poverty.

Benefits.gov:  The official benefits website of the U.S. government that informs citizens of benefits they may be eligible for.  Provides information on how to apply for assistance, as well as information on Free Money & Grants. (Utility Assistance, Food Assistance, etc).
