- IDs (Drivers License, State ID, Government ID, Passport)
- Address Verification (Utility Bill, Paycheck Stub, Bank Statement)
- Credit Monitoring Information

After we have received your identity and address verifications a Customer Service Representative will review the information submitted to make sure we have everything we need. After they have reviewed your information you be able to schedule a call with your Representative.
